Objet Mise en place d’une plateforme technique pour l’envoi des SMS personnalisés aux clients de la SONEDE. - Donner la possibilité aux différents clients des 3 opérateurs télécom pour s’inscrire GRATUITEMENT au service offert par la SONEDE concernant l’envoi des SMS. - Envoi des messages, au nom de la SONEDE aux clients inscrits à ce service conformément aux stipulations de ce cahier des charges et tel que spécifiés au niveau du CCTP. - Mettre à la disposition de la SONEDE une application Web permettant de paramétrer les informations d’envoi, de consulter et de faire des statistiques sur les services SMS offerts. 
الموضوع توفير منصة ومنظومة متكاملة تمكن من وضع خدمة لإرسال إرساليات قصيرة لحر فاء الشركة الوطنية لاستغلال وتوزيع المياه في أفضل ظروف السلامة المعلوماتية : - منح حرفاء مشغلي الاتصالات المختلفين إمكانية التسجيل مجانًا في الخدمة التي تقدمها الشركة.فيما يتعلق بإرسال الرسائل القصيرة. -إرسال إرساليات قصيرة من قبل الشركة إلى حرفائها المسجلين في هذه الخدمة لإعلامهم بصدور فواتيرهم ومتابعة خلاصها. - تزويد الشركة.بتطبيقة واب تسمح ببرمجة معلومات الإرسال، البحث، الاطلاع والإحصاء حول خدمات الرسائل القصيرة المقدمة
