Objet La Réhabilitation du bâtiment et de la clôture de l’administration du SIG à Sidi Abdallah (Gouvernorat de Tunis) Les travaux portent sur : - le traitement des fissures superficielles et profondes (pour Bloc A, Bloc B et Bloc C) - la reprise de l’étanchéité de la terrasse. - la reprise de la cage escalier du réservoir - la reprise d’enduit. - le coulage des chapes armées. - la reprise de peinture. - la reprise de l’installation électrique. - la projection d’une longrine. - la réhabilitation de la clôture (dépose et pose, reconstruction, rejointoiement, chaînage.) - le décapage de la terre végétale et nettoyage. - la fabrication et montage de l’abri des voitures. NB : Ces travaux sont détaillés dans le CCTP et le Bordereau des prix portant sur la réhabilitation et aménagement extérieur et intérieur du bâtiment. 
الموضوع إنجاز أشغال تهيئة المبنى والسياج التابع للإدارة نظم المعلومات الجغرافية بسيدي عبد الله (ولاية تــونس). تتضمن الأشغال : - ترميم التشققات السطحية والعميقة (جناح أ ، جناح ب وجناح ج) - اعادة طبقة الحماية (Etanchéité) من تسرب مياه الأمطار. - اعادة انجاز بيت المدارج (cage escalier) - التسطيح بالاسمنت المسلح. - إعادة الطلاء. - اعادة تركيب الكهرباء. - انجاز الروافد المسلحة (Projection d’une longrine). - إعادة تهيئة السياج. - تجريد وتنظيف التربة السطحية (Décapage) . - تشييد مأوى السيارات. تفاصيل ومكونات الأشغال تكون وفق كراس شروط الفنية الخاصة "CCTP" وجدول الأسعار يتعلق بإعادة التأهيل والتخطيط.
